Excellent app to use for order fulfilling, I have never have any issues with them,they respond very fast. works with you to help you source your product and the best part is you can order your inventory ahead of time for the Chinese new year when all factories are closed and they will still ship. This is a sh**t dropshipping platform, take more then a month for order fulfilment and most of the time reply you after 7 days or 15 days that the product is out of stock. getting lot of bad reviews on my store because of them.

I'm new to dropshipping and am trying to get the hang of all this, and a lot more goes into than people realize. Anyway I got my first sale and I was super excited, but I didn't completely understand the process of processing a sale and getting it to the customer. I already had CJ Dropshipping downloaded and believed that everything was connected and set up, but I failed to realize that everything isn't completely automated. So I clicked on the little guy in the corner on CJ and tried to get help and figure out my problem and what to do, but then Leah Cheng came along and help me sort out my problem quickly and easily. It was a simple fix and I only a few steps to complete the order but I couldn't find the information anywhere. Thankfully she came along and helped me. I was so frustrated, lost, and was thinking of giving up, but I couldn't be happier now thinking that I have people as great as her a few clicks away.
