I used this app more than 2 month I did not like it. If you want to grow your e-commerce business do not work with CJ dropshiping. It is worth dropshiping. Because of them I lost customer's trust on my internet store. CJ Dropshiping not working properly, process of warehouse very slow, logistic is so bad all order delivered late. So at the end, I just want to say that I am wasting my time and have received many complaints from customers that reduce the growth potential of my online store. Do not use CJ Dropshiping.

I can TRULY say that Roxane went above and beyond to help me with placing my first order. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and was able to make this process as smooth as possible for me. I don’t want to use anyone else besides her. She is great at her job and was very professional. I highly recommend her.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. IT WILL GIVE YOU SO MANY HEADACHES, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND LOSE LOTS OF MONEY. I have tried to work with them for 5 months. Did over 200 orders and they are (1) really slow in shipping (2) very inconsistent with their products (3) hold the orders ransom and asking for more money. 1- Shipping is terrible. They don't hold products so it's easier for you to use another provider as if you buy from these guys, they will take 2 days to order the product, the product arrives to their warehouse after 3 days and 3 more days to process inhouse, then they send it (7-10 days for actual shipping) the items take at least 30 days to arrive. TERRIBLE. My customers complain, ask for refunds as the items are in transit for 30 days. 2- They don't hold the products they advertise. I have lost so much money here. I pay for advertising for my business (products advertised with CJ), I then make a sale and CJ removed the item without letting me know, or they cant source the item any more or they try to make me agree to a really different and different quality product. Very unreliable. I have lost thousands of dollars only on this point. 3. Multiple times I make a sale and go to the system to order and they change the original cost of shipping from $5 to $50 (they call it oversized). Also multiple times they hold the items ransom until I pay an additional amount that they choose for me to send the item. Please note that this is after 10 days of making the order. 10 days!! how do I explain to the customer that the item hasn't even leave the warehouse?? THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.

CJDropshipping provides Dropshipping, Sourcing, POD, Video/Picture Shooting, Wholesale, White Label/Custom Packaging, Fulfillment, etc eCommerce source solution. CjDropshipping is a very full-featured app that has helped me a lot.
And my agent Niky was very patient and responsible, helping me a lot.

My recent experience was unsatisfactory. I reached out to customer service because an order placed 15 days has been sitting in a location since it shipped. Tje customer service rep asked for the order number which I provided without the letters in front, didnt know I needed to provide that. I waited 30 minutes of silence for an answer. I typed "hello" and the customer service rep said he had to dig deep because he didnt have the entire order number WELL WHY DIDNT YOU COMMUNICATE THAT i could have gave the letters in front. then I waited another 20 minutes for a respinse. FINALLY he comes back and says the items is just sitting in warehouse because it is thin and not thick. WHAT THE HECK DOES NOT MEAN i kept asking, he said i will send you pictures. honestly the picture did not look any different from the item i order. i think they fucked up and just didnt want to admit it. after me giving the ok he said he will process it and have it shipped which by the way IT IS STILL SITTING IN THE SAME LOCATION!!!!! I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH CJ EVER AGAIN AFTER I GET THIS ITEM THAT IS IT! the communication sucks and i shouldnt have to continue to reach out to them. if something is holding the shipping up then they should have email me to inform me.
