Was having a little bit of trouble with sourcing my products, and Ben was absolutely amazing! Was super quick and helped me with different [products and issues. Couldn't recommend him enough!
They are getting worse. They are increasing the shipping rate while delaying orders. Delayed shipment is understood during a pandemic, but increasing the shipping rate at the same time is the worst experience.
