My recent experience was unsatisfactory. I reached out to customer service because an order placed 15 days has been sitting in a location since it shipped. Tje customer service rep asked for the order number which I provided without the letters in front, didnt know I needed to provide that. I waited 30 minutes of silence for an answer. I typed "hello" and the customer service rep said he had to dig deep because he didnt have the entire order number WELL WHY DIDNT YOU COMMUNICATE THAT i could have gave the letters in front. then I waited another 20 minutes for a respinse. FINALLY he comes back and says the items is just sitting in warehouse because it is thin and not thick. WHAT THE HECK DOES NOT MEAN i kept asking, he said i will send you pictures. honestly the picture did not look any different from the item i order. i think they fucked up and just didnt want to admit it. after me giving the ok he said he will process it and have it shipped which by the way IT IS STILL SITTING IN THE SAME LOCATION!!!!! I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH CJ EVER AGAIN AFTER I GET THIS ITEM THAT IS IT! the communication sucks and i shouldnt have to continue to reach out to them. if something is holding the shipping up then they should have email me to inform me.

Do not believe any of the five star reviews, plus they are only reviews about customer service helping them with problems. This is because the agents need to help due to the huge amount of screw ups they have. Communication between agents and people handling orders, dispute and tickets is kindergarten level, they also have absolutely zero accountability and have zero idea of how to quickly and efficiently solve problems. They do not have a proper record of stock and quite literally have zero idea of how much stock a supplier has, this means they do not keep their products in a warehouse they have like they advertise. They do not know the finals weight of the products, the final shipping price so it can be subject to change or stock on every single item. As you may see when you start ordering products from them they will issue tickets to orders and say that products have been discontinued and they offer a different product that they think is the same or they will try to give you a refund. None of their product photos are up to date as I found out when a customer ordered a protein shaker and they opened a ticket and said the product design does not match photos but then as the ticket went on they said the suppliers product has always been like what the photo was not. The processing time on these orders is way beyond comprehension and the biggest mess around they did against me was trying to charge me an extra $150usd on shipping after the order had already been bought by me because they weighed it at their facility and decided it was overweight so they froze the order until the price differential was paid, but with days of talking back and forth with an agent we decided to change the shipping method so that it would get to the destination even later. Do not trust their shipping times either, very untrustworthy and poorly run business. Anybody who is starting a dropshipping business I advise to stay away from this company and do not believe any advertising or reviews they have.

Have done over 3000 orders with them and overall everything has been great. I was assigned a great agent called Crystal Feng who has helped me out a lot. There have been some up and downs but once you understand their platform its smooth sailing

Working with CJ was the best decision i could ever make. I'm more then happy that I got an own Agent who's really a great help. My agent LUNA handle everything I request with professionalism and kindness. If if I ask her like 20 questions in under 10 minutes she still cool and handle everything very professional. Can't wait to work more with her and creating a solid business.
CJ Dropshipping, simply put, is a nightmare. I'm in the process of delistng all products on my Shopify store that I've sourced from the app and would recommend that anyone unfortunate enough to have tried to use them to do the same. Compared to AliExpress/DSer, CJ's fulfillment system is cumbersome to the point of being non-existent. You can follow all of the excessive steps needed to list a product, only to learn, after a customer has ordered one, that it never "synced," even though you did everything right. You're also likely to find, once a customer has ordered a product sourced from CJ, that they don't actually have the item available even though you sourced it from their app, and that they never bothered to notify you of that issue, even after you've paid CJ for item and assume (incorrectly) that they have started the fulfillment process. CJ's support is equally abysmal. The agents available through their chat app, though polite, seem to lack proficiency in English or sufficient familiarity with how their app works. So if you're unfortunate enough to get yourself in a chat session with them, you'll find them seemingly answering your questions in riddles or hints, not out of any intention to give you a hard time, but because that is apparently the best that they can do. If you put in the hours (or days, or years) to try to get a real answer and solution, you'll find out -- assuming you haven't already died of old age -- that more than likely there is no real solution, other than going through a cumbersome process of refunding your customer for a product they will never receive. The only possibly redeeming feature about CJ, or so I thought, is that even though their products are almost always more expensive than those found on DSer/AliExpress, that their shipping is faster. I really haven't found that to be the case simply because their system doesn't work well. I'm hoping that with this review that I can spare my fellow Shopify store owners the same grief that I've experienced with CJ. This review is not based on a try or two with the app. It's based on my giving it a real chance, along with hours and hours of time spent on their unhelpful self-help web pages, videos and chat sessions. If anyone, anywhere, anytime, recommends you try CJ Dropshipping, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
This is a sh**t dropshipping platform, take more then a month for order fulfilment and most of the time reply you after 7 days or 15 days that the product is out of stock. getting lot of bad reviews on my store because of them.

This service sucks. They don't answer your request deliberately and try to missled you. Processing times are so bad. Customer service is the worst. They don't want to make a refund. Their interface is soooo ugly. They claim false shipping times. If i can give them minus 5, i would.
