CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!
I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

CJ has been very helpful in making my dropshipping experience very easy. My agent Kaycee Chen has helped me tremendously by giving me discounts when I have a lot of orders. She is the best and I would not have been profitable without her help. Great app and will be using going forward.
Joanna is driving me crazy. I have been trying for a whole morning to clarify the situation of only three orders, but it is being totally impossible. She tells me that they have been sent when they have not. The status clearly indicates that the orders have not yet been processed. I told him that if he is not sure of the information, to check it with his colleagues, but to confirm the correct status of the orders, what cannot be is that he is teasing me for shutting up my mouth !!!! ! I am very angry with this situation, I have been consulting the status of those three orders for days and days but I still have not received any response. Nobody clarifies absolutely anything to me !!!!!
