CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Its been a few months been using CJ dropshipping.Its been a good experience.I am fortunate to have Christine Yu as my agent.She have help me alot and solving my enquiries.Christine will do her upmost best effort to assist. I do recommend CJ dropshipping to anyone getting started.

CJ is an outstanding app. I rarely encounter issues, but when I do, I can trust their customer service team to help. They provide personal agents who are both professional and polite, assisting with any concerns that arise. Every agent I've worked with so far has been exceptional.

My current agent, Doki Huang, has been nothing but incredible. She always responds promptly to my inquiries with detailed information and goes above and beyond to ensure my concerns are addressed. For instance, I recently had an issue with a payment, but once I reached out to her, she was able to identify and resolve the problem within a day. Additionally, she simultaneously helped me deal with another issue I wasn't even aware of, preventing any major delays in the supply chain. I'm truly glad I was paired with her and chose CJ as my sourcing agent.

CJ Dropshipping is an excellent platform for dropshipping! I'm impressed by the wide selection they offer and the competitive pricing on their products. The user interface is friendly and makes it easy to navigate through various categories. Additionally, the app provides many tools to manage products and orders effectively. Based on my experiences, I do NOT recommend this app.
I installed this app four months ago. Technically, the app was easy to integrate into my Shopify account and worked almost immediately.

Problems immediately arose in the processing of my orders. The delivery of the first order turned out to be incomplete and took several weeks.

When a large shipment was not delivered at all, customer service appeared to offer no help. I was advised to contact DHL, after which DHL referred me back to JCdropshipping.

Requests to JCdropshipping for refund or resend were never answered. I lost my trust in this "supplier" and lost my payments. Think carefully before installing this app.
