It's great that you have 24/7 an agent available. Most of the times they are able to help me immedtiately. I recently purchased private stock the processing time is very nice, about 24-48hours.

I love this app and customer service is great, Graven was very helpful :) I highly recommend this app if you are serious about dropshipping.

More than a year in and things of course have their ups and downs but it is always dealt with. Customer service for me (Eric) has been really great. Things are always followed up, and considering time difference, he has really tried to help me even when it's sooo out of his office hours. There are so many options for fulfilment, and when I needed things to be more customised, they have been slowly implementing them. Prices are getting a bit too high, so if if CJ can be a little more competitive, it would make it a pretty perfect platform. It's quite a comprehensive platform in my opinion. Those that are very negative comments, just need to learn the limitations, struggles and pain points that the agents go through. Agents are your partners not your staff and remember mistakes can happen to us all.

Cjdropshipping is a good platform which saves time compared to other services. My agent, Vivian is very responsive and efficient who does not hesitate to advise you. The work is always great! Thank you for your help !
