Cjdropshipping is a great app. I am very satisfied. The customer service is great. It's nice to always have someone to answer all my requests. Levin is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this app.

I have been using CJDropshipping for about 4 months now and I have yet to have any of my orders I place whether for me or my customers get delivered by their suggested time. I'm actually still waiting on orders that were placed earlier this year due to the fact that they lost the orders. They didn't even try to tell me this too, I had to message them several times to find out after I noticed my tracking number was not being updated. At least one order did make it to the customer but again not by the suggested time on their site. Even after I paid extra for USPS shipping. CJdroppshing does have several great features you can make use of but if they cant get their shipping time right I don't see how anyone can scale with them.

CJ APP can be a great app if u know how to use it. When you register, CJ give you an Agent who will help you to source your products, and also help for fulfillment. If you are not ok with the Agent CJ give you, I recomend you to ask and change for Louie Shang! He is young and reactive, very efficient.

The product is very good, customer service staff attentive and patient, very friendly to new sellers.

the customer service at cjdropshipping is amazing!!! I had a small issue and they helped fix in 5 mins. highly recommend!! Plus the shipping time is much faster then aliexpress!
