CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Very Good App for Dropshipping and Quick Customer Care Service Specially Estella Wu doing Great Job.

i work with CJ since few months now and it's a good service and also i have my personal agent that always help me

It’s been 10 days since I submit my order, they haven’t ship it yet from China! Customer service says “Sorry” ! But I can’t tell my customers “sorry” because they won’t come back!!!!That’s crazy.

I did put a few months of work, time and money and now that’s what happens with my first order!

This is a great platform for drop shipping which also gives a list of options for shipping. The customer support is also fantastic. As a newbie I stuffed up something. When I clicked the speak with a human option, I was immediately connected with Alexis Wong, who swiftly helped me out in fixing the problem that I had caused myself. My first 5 orders were a nightmare with CJ. They don't know the suppliers stock until after your customer orders the product. My store's very first order was out of stock and I had to refund the money. Second order was out of stock and luckily the customer accepted an alternative which thankfully was in stock. 3rd order was fine. 4th order was a cat pin and CJ sent me a pic saying the colors look ...

Do not join this company. After I put over 1000 products in my store the sales started, it turns out they do not have the products in stock. My customer ordered a product in the store, and after 4 days they inform me that the product is not in stock.

I am new to the platform and am loving it so far. A big thank you to Tiffany Zhao who took the time to help me better understand how to use CJ. Thank you
