It has been working great so far and if you have a developer on your team, you can customise it to your needs. However, we did experience an issue with the cookie, but Steve was able to solve it perfectly even though the Shopify support team couldn't assist me with it. Thank you very much and best of luck!

The customer care is good, it's just a pitty I reside in a country that does not support Shopify pay and I'm unable to have customers check out in their own currencies, other than that the app does wonders and the customer experience is out of this world.

Everything is great and works very well! I asked the customer service for help to set up the embedding on my site and they did it where I wanted it to be.

I want to start with the fact that I do not understand how to change something in the program code. Fortunately, the developers of this app help you configure everything. Excellent customer service and resolved issues very promptly. Excellent app and works flawlessly with the shopify multi currency feature. Geolocation and its conversion for currency is fast and customers can checkout locally in their desired currency. No other currency converter has this feature as as my knowledge goes, tried several before this one.

These guys are epic. They set up the app in my store almost exactly as I wanted it (there were a couple things we couldn't do due to shopify restrictions) and they did it within a couple days. I tried a couple of the other more popular apps before this one and they had great support, but just couldn't accomplish the same level of integration that I needed. I'm very happy I chose this app over the other options.

This app does exactly what it promises and the support team are responsive and helpful when needed.

This app is well worth it. There is a free plan and a paid for plan (automatically switches currencies based on geolocate). The free one is great and the paid for is great too (if you need the geolocate).

The developer and his/her team are quick to install the app for you if you need. Or you can do so yourself.
I also asked them to customise it for me so the drop down shows a black background and not a white one. They handled that quickly.

Long story short given the fact its largely a free app (with paid for premium features if needed). The service is absolutely A+
