Infinite Product Options

Awesome app!

It was just what I needed to get custom information for my items. Some of my items require up to 10 bits of data. With Infinite Options I can require my customers to enter the data and not have to hunt them down when they forget to put something in the note to seller.

I needed an app where I had the option to create a text box where customers could insert the info I needed to create their semi-custom stationery suites. I ran into some issues but the team (and especially Alan) at ShopPad were super helpful. They even worked with my theme developer to iron out the issues so everything would work well together.

Superb customer service! Would totally recommend this app to people who need to have different option selections in their shop. Aside from the text box you can have drop-down menus and various features, and if you get stuck, just get in touch with the team and they'll help you out.

I just had a great online chat with Logan. I was having problems installing the app for the second time on a new theme in Shopify. I had followed the directions correctly, but Logan was able to pin-point where I needed to change the tag language on my product collect in order for the app to work on my product page. I never would have figured this out myself!

He also sent me some CSS code to help better fit the app elements on my product page, something he just did to be nice. It looks so much better and works great! You guys have a great customer service.

Great app, great customer service and support. Would recommend. We updated our theme and the support to update the app inline was brilliant.

Been using this app for over a year now. First of all, the customer service is top notch. When I had a problem, it was resolved within hours. Today I had a question about a feature and was able to have it answered in a live chat. This app does so much and I'm not even using it to its full potential. I'm a small e-commerce with variables that this app solves. I wouldn't be able run my store without Shoppad or an IT person. Being small, the IT person really isn't an option. Thank you!

This app has been instrumental in helping us let our customers customize what products they'd like in our candle sets. Matt, from the support team, was so helpful within seconds of me reaching out via the help chat. He customized the font of our option set so it looks seamless. So happy!!!
