Infinite Options

Unbelievable! And that shouldn't be the term used when giving a one word 'sum-up' to customer service, as to be fair, all customer service should be excellent - but sadly, in most cases it's not. The Shoppad team's customer service has blown me away. I had two problems to solve on my Shopify site that I really needed to sort out in a hurry and not only did the Infinite Options app solve both, (one was adding a gift bag option, the other was allowing customers to make a note on the product they'd chosen to give preferences in note form - the notes then appear on the packing slip and invoice to ensure the preferences aren't missed during processing), but with lightning speed customer service that helped me solve the issues on the same day - (one smaller issue relating to one of the above) in seconds. I can not praise the app or the service enough. I'm looking forward to 'delving into' the app to see what else it can do.

I was desperately looking for an app to use for my store as I offer personalised items and could not find one initially. After browsing the Internet I came across an old article and Infinite Options was mentioned as an app so I had to check it out. I started by watching all the videos and copied the items that I wanted to test and I was amazed at how easy it was to set up and add my first selection of items. The app works smoothly and is making the hard work less of a chore and more of a get it done approach so thank you for that. I feel it is more than worth the tiny amount they charge per month and as a company who will be offering over a thousand personalised items once done, it has helped to stop any disruption on my main website. Thanks for the app and keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to add additional details to their product listings.

Simple and straightforward app to use. The suggestions are concise and clear. I haven't had a chance to implement them yet, so I can't speak to results but initially my impression is great!

Awesome app works really great

I use the app to accept personalization text and parameters for my products. I like the tag-based field assignments. I have also had an opportunity to use their support and I must say that I hardly remember any other business where the response was so swift. Definitely an app/team worthy of working with.
