Infinite Product Options

I've been using infinite options for a while and I really like it. I recently purchased a shopify theme and my infinite options did not match my purchased theme, it looked very bad. I contacted infinite options and paid the $20 for a professional to help me with my code. A few days later I got emailed back, gave them access to my store and they quickly resolved my issue. 5 Star rating, will definitely use them again. Great app, i have the date picker installed, super easy following given instructions and looks great!

Though initially helpful, the staff have become pretty unresponsive for real issues (outside of installation). We have had a bunch of issues with customer orders being able to checkout without having paying for their add-on items. And what can we do as a business? We can't really blame the customer for this, since it is our website. We are just out that money, which is frustrating. We are shopping around for another app, and until they figure out these issues, I wouldn't sign up for this app again.

Easy to install and works great. Love that the location for the options is very flexible. They provided some good customization help as well.
