Infinite Options

This app allows our customers to choose a ring size prior to making a purchase. Works great and they offer great customer service! Highly recommend this app.

Great app, even better support. It is the best customization/options app I have tried so far on shopify ( and I have tried many).

I downloaded the add to help me add additional options for personalized products. Initially, I was confused with the coding but the support team esp Mandy were incredible! She accessed my Shopify store and within a few minutes fixed all of the issues I had and fixed things I didn't even ask for her to do! I would definitely recommend this app!

This app is absolutely amazing! But its not the app functionality itself (which is awesome BTW) that makes this great, its the people in the support department that really make this app amazing. Mandy, Annette, Jordin, and Anh are truly rock stars! They are the most helpful people that I have ever encountered in tech support. Their willingness to help shows no bounds. They are the reason why I use this app and will continue to. I hope any future hires in the support department live up to the excellent example that the 4 of them have shown. The Help i got from Abby was outstanding, great communication, detailed emails, links and information provided was outstanding.

Very easy to use app. So versatile and useful to custom any products in just a few click. BUT the best is the customer service! So reactive and helpful. When others would let you down, they don’t!

I have a custom theme (Shella) and the team were amazing at integrating the app into the theme. We had difficulty with the date picker but the team was prompt and fixed the problem as soon as possible. App is great, it performs all functions I needed it too and I love that I can link it to my inventory unlike other similar apps.

I installed this app and it worked great. I couldn't quite get it to layout properly so I contacted support team and they did a great job of making it look good for me. Thank you!

Unfortunately this app didn't work with our theme.

Ok the app didn't work but the guys from 'Infinite Options' handled it professionally, they contacted us quickly and fixed the problem in literally 5 min.
