Infinite Options

For someone that knows nothing about computer programs, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. If I could give 10 stars, I would for all the great support they have provided. The support team is top-notch and extremely helpful. It allows for the amount of variants I needed that shopify limited. It also allowed for a text box needed for personalization. I highly recommend this program.

App works just as says it would. We have been looking for something this good for ages and nothing else compares. Support is amazing and is highly recommended

Very simple set-up. Easy to integrate once you find the right liquid file for your template. Highly recommended if your products/orders have multiple custom options.

We haven't used this app long enough to rate its based on it functionalities. But I must say that ShopPad has a great support team. We had many questions about some customization's to the app to fit our needs. And every question was answered extremely fast. Thanks Anh!

Application is great! I ran into a problem when I reached the limit of maximum amount of options available for 1 product. I don’t know how to code and other ideas that I found in the Internet do not work properly. Then, when I finally found Infinite Options, at first it didn’t worked right too. As it appeared the theme I am using - has uncommon code. But the support team did react fast and fix this problem as fast as possible. Now it working good. I think you should at least try this app. It may help you a lot.

I've had this app for almost a year on mybrandandme.com.au and it works really well. My customers always comment about how easy it is to order and my conversion rate is over 5%, and as 80% of my orders are by mobile, it makes this app is even more impressive given upload themes etc. The service team are awesome too. Just today Mandy and Alan smashed out solutions for me as I looked to change Shopify themes and didn't want to lose my links / set up. They even noticed a few extra things that wouldn't work with Infinite Options and fixed those for me too! 5 stars (including Mandy and Alan)

Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

I tried many different apps with similar functions however Infinite Options was the most user-friendly and straightforward app to use. Their video tutorials are helpful and easy to understand as well. However, what sets the app apart from all others is their truly responsive and helpful team that helped me develop custom CSS to my exact store requirements. On 2 separate occasions, their team had given me a response and advice within an hour of my message. Not only did they immediately solve my problem, but they also helped me write CSS code to help with the look and function of what I wanted (I'm a CSS noob). I'm also just a trial user at the moment, however after experiencing their customer servicing, I will be subscribing to their app indefinitely.
