Very impressed with the level of interest ShopPad customer support has for the end user! They went the extra mile to check with another app team if this would be compatible on my store even before I signed on! Installing the app was simple, but then I had some issues with the checkboxes not displaying in my theme. I reached out rather than just cutting the app. They had it all fixed within 30 minutes! That includes the email communication back and forth as well. Outstanding above average customer service! If you find yourself getting frustrated, just reach out. All fixed. One improvement on the app for the future would be the option for your customer to upload files for customization design. Thank you ShopPad! Upward and onward!

I tried many different apps with similar functions however Infinite Options was the most user-friendly and straightforward app to use. Their video tutorials are helpful and easy to understand as well. However, what sets the app apart from all others is their truly responsive and helpful team that helped me develop custom CSS to my exact store requirements. On 2 separate occasions, their team had given me a response and advice within an hour of my message. Not only did they immediately solve my problem, but they also helped me write CSS code to help with the look and function of what I wanted (I'm a CSS noob). I'm also just a trial user at the moment, however after experiencing their customer servicing, I will be subscribing to their app indefinitely.

The absolute best customer service experience! I needed help with installing the app and the ShopPad team was more than willing to help me out. They even went above and beyond by helping fix some small formatting issues that they had noticed on my site. I look forward to continuing to use their apps and I know I can count on them. This is a great app, and the folks at Infinite Options did the install for me quickly. The setup was relatively easy and has several options for displaying your desired options.
