This app was a life-changer for us. We sell custom products and used to spend so much time communicating back and forth with customers to nail down exactly what they wanted. This app was easy to use and allowed us to put in tons of additional options to require the customer to provide as much information as possible - everything we need to know to make the item without communicating with the customer. When we have had occasional difficulties with certain things, the support has been fantastic. They get back to us very quickly and have gone in and made any changes we've needed to implement. Highly recommend this app and the Shoppad team. Awesome to work with. Very happy!

So far, as I set things up to get my site up and running, any questions I've had, no matter how mundane, have been answered in a way that is very easy to understand. They obviously know their product and how it interfaces with different websites. They are good at dealing with people who have no knowledge of html and at explaining what needs to be done next.
I'd definitely recommend the product and the people to others.

Absolutely fantastic! I have very limited know how when it comes to anything technical and I am amazed that I have been able to add to my shopify store a text box for personalisation details. I paid for the team to install Infinite options and it was well worth the money as it was done within 24 hours. The setup of the options were very easy using the video provided. This app did everything we needed it to do for our store that carries multi-personalizations per product. It was easy to install; written instructions as well as the video instructions were excellent and thorough. The narrator during the videos was slow, concise, and understandable. I highly recommend this app.
