This app is a must if you sell custom made items which require the customer to input the exact size they desire. It is a fundamental part of our ordering process and I am very pleased we came across this as I am sure it has increased our volume of orders.
The support team are the best I have come across from any developer within the shopify app store. They respond very quickly to emails and they will fix any issues that may arise and always keep in contact with you during this process to keep you informed.
