Shopacado ‑ Volume Discounts

I searched through a few volume apps and this one did exactly what I needed. It has the ability to show the price you are offering volume vs only the discount percentage, the pricing is great and the customer service is top notch and extremely fast!

Having been using this app on two stores and it works really well. Very configurable and delivers results. Great support too.

I'm still in the testing phase, and the new store will go live in a few days. So far Shopacado has looked great...other apps would mess up some discounts if you tried to add two different products to the cart, with unique discounts. Shopacado handled that fine. Discounts are quick and easy to set up. I had one small issue with the pricing shown on the cart page, but got with Nivi and she fixed it in a minute or two. Can't ask for better support than that!

Very useful app for creating bulk discounts, with options for setting multiple discount tiers. Allowing users to assign discounts based on Shopify collecting also a real time-saver.

Customer service is super responsive - they have responded to my queries in under 5 minutes.

This app used to work but no longer works at all and has caused me pain due to customers emailing several times a day saying they are not receiving discount's. I emailed support with screenshots and she come back and said it was 'fixed' in a matter of minutes which is a very poor case of customer service. Saying that something is fixed without properly looking into it and fixing it is not very acceptable I am afraid. I am cancelling my subscription today and I strongly suggest people think twice before installing this as it simply does not work as intended and it has still not been fixed as a matter of urgency.

This app was a lifesaver when another app was not working properly. This one always works and if I ever have an issue, support will help me very quickly and has always resolved my problems! I love this app for offering bulk discounts to my customers!

UPDATED: when the app stopped working in my cart, causing customers to NOT be able to check out, they had to "check with the developer" and would not give any time frame. My store was literally paralyzed with no one able to check out. I am having to uninstall it and find a different app immediately.

Nivi was great, i requested some help in integrating app at 11.30 pm and got a response in 3 minutes and issue resolved in 5 mins, I have used this app in a number of sites we develop for clients, , cant beat it, don't waste time with others as this integrates well into the fly out cart and main cart.

The perfect app for our needs and for anyone serious about increasing their average cart size. Creating discounts was very simple and straightforward. We had some configuration questions with our first offer, but support was super quick to respond and was able to get us up and running. I highly recommend the app for your store.

The two ladies who helped me with an issue creating an offer were wonderful. Extremely quick and knowledgable.

I needed help creating an offer which had a minimum purchase (1-9) at a reduced cost but when you purchase 10+ the cost is on an idividual basis. Could come in handy for others.
