I just wanted to take a moment to thank Min at Bespoke shipping. We have store that sells a living product, so our shipping is inherently tricky. I wasn't sure we would ever be able to get our store to a place where shipping wasn't a constant headache. I started researching different apps available via Shopify and Bespoke kind of stood out from the pack. Min is one of the most wonderful developers out there-- Min is fast, smart and understands the needs of a small business. One of the MUST HAVE apps for shopify!! I've got no programming experience whatsoever but all it took was one email to Min to set it up and with me just maintaining it. I've had multiple abandoned orders due to the high estimated international shipping rates but with this app the store can now quote an exact rate and has since installing it seen an increase in my international orders! A VERY BIG THUMBS UP to Min and his app!!

To help out you have to be able to generalise your shipping rates, so first approach your shipper, get up to date data from them, set up your equations and supply as much info you can to Min

Min is a BOSS!! I had probably one of the most complicated shipping integrations someone could have 1000's of zip codes and they worked with me getting it integrated on my product pages and it now runs perfect. I am not a person who leaves a lot of reviews either it has to be great and they went above and beyond! thanks!

The Bespoke shipping team are extremely responsive, provided amazing help from beginning to end and we had once of the best customer service experience of any app we have used on Shopify over the years!

Really powerful app - I'm migrating from another platform that had much more robust shipping and thought I'd never be able to get my shipping set up the way I wanted it. I've got postcode zones, free shipping thresholds, discounted rates, weight threshholds, and more. Min helped me to get this working exactly the way I wanted it, helped troubleshoot and generally acheived what I thought was going to be impossible. Highly recommend, and thanks to Min for all the patience :)

GREAT SUPPORT! KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE! This is the only app on the shopify app store that allows shipping customization on this level for such a reasonable price. I had trouble with the way my options were displaying so I contacted support and they did a great job finding the issue and helping me solve it in a matter of hours. I WOULD recommend it.
