CustomCat: Print on Demand

I am continuously blown away by how amazing Customcat is as my drop shipping provider. Not only have I never had a customer complaint on any product they have shipped, but I constantly am getting praise for how fast they are able to print, usually the same day as ordered, and promptly ship the products. On top of all that I recently had the opportunity to attend a convention to sell some of my products in person, but was very limited on time given before hand. I called Customcats customer service line, where I was quickly greeted by a very friendly person, who helped me with all my questions, and then offered to personally keep an eye on my order to make sure it would ship in time for my convention, but none of that even became an issue because they were able to fulfill my entire order, of 5 different shirt designs on multiple sizes, multiple different designed mugs, and a variety of sticker designs, totaling 79 various items the day I placed the order and shipped it out that night! If you are looking for a good drop shipping company for your new online business, look no further, Customcat is leaps and bounds ahead of all the completion! I can't wait to continue to work with them for years to come!

CustomCat’s customer service was great today. I'd called with an art design issue and overall navigation difficulty (due to my own ineptness ^_^). Brett answered the phone right away and patiently helped me move through the app. I emailed my art design issue to him and he was able to figure out the problem relatively quickly. Great, friendly, responsive customer service overall! I will most likely have to call again at some point, but I know that someone will be there to support me all the way through!! :)

I used this app for 3 years to help me do fulfill. I really like how it does support service (VN and US) . It would be nice if it did (never out of stock) better

I just tried setting up CustomCat on my Shopify account and had a bit of an issue. I sent an email describing the issue and received a quick email reply from Brett, including a phone number to call if I had additional questions or concerns. I called the number and spoke with Brett directly and received great direction on what steps I need to take to resolve the issue (including how to videos on CustomCat's website.) It is really comforting to know you can call and speak to a live person. Down time is lost business time and it is great to get a quick response! Thanks!
