Bonify's customer service team is really top notch. They are very responsive and were able to help me through all my questions regarding the app. I wasn't able to use it in the end because I needed a feature they didn't have (being able to place fields on multiple pages), which is complicated and will likely require coding. For someone just looking to add customer account fields and edit those from their profile, this works well.
The app works exactly as we needed it to. A MUST for adding extra customer account fields. Customer service is fast as well, which we love!
Best support I had!!! For unknown reason app stopped working, but fast and precise efforts from support team make us happy again.
App is simple, intuitive and fully serves our needs.

Reasonable price, easy to use, the support team is very enthusiastic in answering questions, in general everything is fine.
Customer service is top notch. Every time I reach out they are quick to be truly helpful. I do wish that the additional custom fields that I add to my customer sign up form were able to translate straight into the notes section on the customer for shopify though. But the app works very well. This custom fields creator enabled me to add specific questions to my sign up form to help me identify fake customers. No spam bot app was actually working so I got creative with it and it's the best method/app solution to the problem that I've tried in the last 5 years.

I uninstalled this app but was still charged. I can't contact the developer for an explanation
You contacted us, asked for a refund, we explained how Shopify handles billing, and granted the refund even though we were not obligated to. You did, in fact, connect with us immediately, and did, in fact, get an explanation, then left this inaccurate review afterward even though you were treated kindly, with fairness and generosity.

This app only causes problems since I installed the app and removed it, but the registration form is still there from the app!
Sorry to hear you had some trouble. Our records don't show you've ever reached out for support, but the support team is always available to assist you, even with uninstalling. Please do follow up with them so we can help with the uninstall and also understand what went wrong.
Unfortunately, the problem of uninstalling is a systemic issue in Shopify with older themes. All legacy Online Store 1.0 themes are quite limited when uninstalling apps that interact with a theme due to Shopify API restrictions. Access to the store is cut off when the store uninstalls, therefore no cleanup can take place. With Online Store 1.0 themes using the app, the store must first use the in-app uninstaller before uninstalling the app itself, or uninstalling must be done manually in the theme. This same scenario is true if the app was installed manually due to custom theme issues. Online Store 2.0 themes do not have this problem as they can utilize the Theme App Extension system which cleanly uninstalls automatically.
Easy to set up and works great! Customer service is great too – they respond quickly and help adjust code as needed to get the app working seamlessly with your site.
