Just installed this app - had trouble getting it to work because I'm using a brand new unsupported theme, but their support team is excellent - responded almost immediately and got the app working on my theme immediately! Will update my review later as I use the product more, but so far very happy with the customer support!

It works very well. That support team responses so quickly, and they know what should do for us exactly.

We used this app to allow our customers to sign up for back in stock notifications and it's great! I received excellent customer service and they were super helpful in getting the app integrated into my site!

I just downloaded it but so far, so good. The support team is great and responsive. It does everything that it needs to and I love the ability to use SMS/Text as well as facebook messenger.

I ended up not needing this app so this review is purely based on customer service which was superb. Hasti was super helpful and very responsive. Even when I told her I didn't need the app anymore, she was very nice and helpful in removing the coding.
