Ran into a little bit of a problem with the app but the support team helped me out right away with no problems. The app works great now!

Looked very advanced software. Support was very good, helped me nearly instantly and was able to achieve what I asked them to do.

I am going to use this app to help me retain customers. The set-up was seamless, however I needed additional assistance to customize for my branding colors. The customer service response is EXCELLENT! Sourabh gets 10 stars!!! I did not feel rushed with my questions and Sourabh helped set up my customization without me needing to ask. The app is very practical and gets the job done, but It does not provide many features of customization. I would have loved to be able to customize the email templates to go with the branding and look and feel of my company, but was not able to. Other than that, the app is great and the customer service from Shikha is amazing! Answered all my questions and resolved all my inquiries. Would definitely recommend!
