Installed to help keep customers up to date with fast moving product lines in these difficult times. Our Shopify template wasnt recognised automatically in the setup but one ping to support was answered instantly and within 5 minutes they had implemented and styled to our website. Cant fault that.
Time will tell how it copes with big mailouts when we have more signups , but certainly seems very professional and interface clean and easy to understand.
Just installed the app today and the team is very quick to respond and solve the issue. Amazing support

EDIT: no more fast replying on the tchat unfortunately.. There's a bug with SMS notifications not being sent out and I can't reach them out..
Good customer service (very fast in answering questions on the tchat), nice app that works fine, I would recommend it.
This app is excellent. It works perfectly. The support team are the best I have come across on Shopify, and I have used a lot of apps! I would say this app is essential for anyone with a Shopify store, 110% recommended.

This app saves a lot of revenue and works great. It may require some support if you ever change themes, which we've done a few times, but they always respond immediately anytime we need anything. Highly recommend.
An app everyone should have. It adds enormously to our conversion. Try it you wont regret it.
Support is amazing. If we have any issues, somebody is always available on the chat and issue is fixed pretty much instantly.
