Super easy to use. I was trying to figure out how to add the button to out of stock product page and I reached out to the support and they helped me right away
Simple and easy to use. Tested it on two stores and had zero problems with integrating it. Also great customer service!
Initial setup was really easy. It can do texts (per text fee), email, and Facebook messenger notifications. Support was immediately available to clean up the integration as far as button location and text. I was able to test it almost immediately. I haven't gotten to see customer response yet, but this was something my customers wanted.
First Day using this app on my store and I LOVE IT already. I reached out to customer support and they were very prompt and helpful. I would definitely recommend this app to all retail store owners.

People who registered their interest are not automatically synch with the Shopify contact list. I've asked a few questions to their CS team but they're not helpful.
