Custlo ‑ Customer accounts app

Very useful app and a great support team. They helped us set everything up quickly and were very responsive throughout the process. The app works well and makes it easier for customers to manage their account. Definitely recommended for Shopify merchants.

Solid functions. Came across a couple bugs, but Customer Support was helpful and resolved them quickly.
Overall, I recommend. This has some really great, straightforward features for a User Profile Dashboard and custom metafields that sync nicely with Shopify's customer data.

This app is extremely disappointing. Their system feels unfair because you're not allowed to add any other apps to their page. If you request even a simple customization or integration, they ask for **$100**, which is completely unreasonable. Unfortunately, this feels more like a way to force customers into paying excessive fees than providing proper support. In my opinion, this is nothing more than a scam.

I’ve genuinely had such a great experience using this app. It’s intuitive, reliable, and has made a noticeable difference in how smoothly everything runs on my end. What really stood out to me though is the support team. They are incredibly responsive, kind, and actually take the time to help in a way that feels thoughtful and personal.
