The app does everything we need and the tech support is amazing. They helped us resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Great company to work with!
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SHOPIFY POS! This app says it compatible but Shopify POS does not work with this app. No volume price breaks, no custom customer tags, nothing.
If I could give this app negative stars, I would. Perhaps it works fine if you have under 100 products OR if you just want to apply discounts based on amount spent.
However, if you are trying to set up pricing based on Customer Tags so they only see their pricing, this app is complete trash in that regard. It absolutely failed every step of the way. Not only does it take FOREVER for it to sync ...

Helpful to resolve an issue with Custom Pricing
While I am still in the implementation stage of using this app, support has been fantastic. My site has a lot of customizations which can make adding new apps tricky, but Chintak and team have worked with me to solve every question I've had. Support is available virtually immediately and anything they need extra time with has only ever taken a day to resolve.
