I've been using Customer Pricing since May 2015. Generally I'm pretty happy with the app. It is an easy interface for buyers and easy to work with on my end. I use a three-tiered wholesale pricing system which is fairly complicated and the app handles it beautifully.

I don't like that I have to turn the app on and off every time I want to make a product change. It is very slow. And I also don't like that wholesale buyers can purchase something that is out of stock. But other than that it is good. And Bold tells me that they are aware of these two issues and working on them.

The support has been amazing. They helped me install it for free. And they have been quick to answer any question.

We're not sure about the bold apps, but their customer service is STELLAR, especially Phillip! Our constant speed bumps are met with very helpful hands, and their team is incredible to work with. Thanks guys.

We have only really used the app for a week now. We do like it for the most part. It mainly does what we need. There was a couple things that we requested help on and they immediately got back to us with an answer. The liquid installation was done within a day. Would definitely recommend this app!

Of all of the apps we have installed on our stores, this one is by far the most important. It allows us to set up multiple pricing tiers for different types of clients, set up pricing tiers for our wholesalers and distributors and we are also getting ready to introduce a club pricing feature for large groups and organizations. I don't think we could run our website the way that we want to without this app.

The app does what it promises, yet I'm more impressed by their customer service. They helped me out with EVERYTHING and at a very rapid speed as well. Big shoutout to ma boy Eric, he solved all of my problems!

My business runs on Wholesale and Retail and when i first built my website i was searching for a third party app that provides wholesale. As one of the shopify experts recommended, i decided to try this app. After using it for the first few days, i liked how it was simple to use and that retail customers would see the retail prices and wholesale would see wholesale prices while logged in and provided wholesale rights of course and best of all (All on 1 website domain). I'd say this is the best app you can get for the money on here, Bold wholesale service is 10/10 as well, always helps quickly.
