I am just getting started using this app, but I have been pleased with the product and the support so far. It is the only product I found that let me create specific prices per item for specific pricing tiers.

It is not 5 stars due to the installation process, which is error prone. You have to do everything just right, which includes editing code, or you will run into problems.

I will say, customer service was excellent. I used the chat app, and they were responsive and very helpful, even offering to add code customization to my site to get the display features I wanted, which were extra, and beyond the scope of the app. I really appreciated this.

No complaints with our use of the app. We use it to apply discounts to certain members of our customer base and it works well for us. Anmol in customer support was instrumental in working through issues as new users came into our organization and problems arose. Thanks so much, Anmol!

Since installing this app on my site I've reached out to Bold Commerce support twice to get assistance. Each time they've been able to resolve my issue quickly. Thank you Parminder/Eric most recently for your help. I feel 100% confident with this app on my site knowing how easy and enjoyable it is to reach out to support if needed.

My old store was based on osCommerce and I had previously sold memberships that allowed my customers to order my download products for free. As Shopify does not natively support such a system, Bold Apps' Customer Pricing has allowed me to solve this most basic of problems in Shopify the app has helped expand my customer base rapidly and provide the level of support and service I need to keep my customers happy and coming back for more.

As I have a custom store template, I had many pages of custom liquid code that needed to be changed to help get this app up and running. The staff at Bold were not only prompt, they were extremely friendly, helpful and jumped right in to help me get it running inside of my store within a matter of 24-48 hours.

Shappify seem to be hitting the nail on the head with awesome apps! This time I even got them to install my liquid code which made it the easiest app I have purchased! What best about this app is my wholesale customers can benefit from online ordering just like our retail customers, but with different pricing! Thanks for a great app guys :-)

I've tried other wholesale apps and this one is much better than my past experiences!

Doesn't work if a customer checks out using Apple Pay or Shop Pay. I asked support, and they confirmed with is a limitation. Ironic considering BOLD's slogan is "Checkout With Limits"
