I had issues with wholesale pricing using Bold. I used the live chat feature to get help. Luckily I was connected with Daniel P. He has been amazing. The process to fix the issue took days. He's prompt with replies and patient with me. I really appreciate all the hard work he put into fixing our website. Thank you!!

Intuitive app, simple set up and it does what it's made to do. It's a huge contributor to our shop. There are resources for assistance such as forums and youtube and, like in my case, If I wasn't able to find a solution the Bold team (Stephanie and Taylor) ware quick to help with an issue and very friendly. 5/5

We have a very complex model where we sell retail as well as to Interior Designers & Architects so we need to offer tiered pricing that varies by vendor. We also have different vendors by geographic territories depending on their existing distribution so it creates a complex set of issues that I was not sure we would be able to solve until we found the Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific App by BOLD. It is intuitive, easy to setup and has allowed us a tremendous opportunity to attract stronger vendors and broaden our customer base across the United States.

The app works great! I am very happy with it. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to do customer specific pricing. I am not the most tech savvy person and it is easy for me to use.

We have used several apps from BoldApps over the years and they are always quick and easy to work with. The coding can be a little tricky, but their customer support is incredible. Most recently Mayank and Harpreet helped me fix several issues we were experiencing on our site. Both customer service representatives were helpful and easy to understand!
Easy to set up, not super intuitive to navigate if you don't have instructions, but it works like a charm. And their customer service is unbeatable: reliable, fast and friendly!

Great app with an excellent support team. We've been using it since 2015 to differentiate between our regular customers and our wine club customers and then offer wine club customers automatic discounts on wines when they log into their profiles, as well as exclusive products and/or offers which are only revealed and made shoppable to Wine Club customers on login.
We've had multiple situations where we needed to reach out to the support team to advise and/or assist us on customisations, custom/manual code installs or integrations with other apps, and each time the support team have been very responsive and helpful.
Most recently (March 2023), we've had excellent support from Chandan.
There are definitely some drawbacks for us to the app itself, as it tends to conflict with other apps we'd like to use. Our latest challenge is that we can only work with version 1 of the app due to our specific requirements - we want to be able to use discount codes in addition to group/membership pricing, which is not possible with V2 and V3 of the Custom Pricing app. Unfortunately, V1 does not integrate with Shopify 2.0 themes, so we cannot upgrade our current theme to a newer version at this stage.
It would also be great to have longer support 'office' hours to cater for all time zones. We are based in South Africa (CAT) and the Bold Support team is on CST (8-hour difference) so we only have limited overlapping work hours, which become problematic when custom work results in website downtime as it extends it unnecessarily, purely because the Bold team only work 9-5 in their time zone.
Nonetheless, the app works well for our current set up and the support team is great.
