Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

Great App. We use it for wholesale pricing, and it works just as we would like. ADVANCED TIP: You can set different weights for the variants at each different pricing levels, which can allow you to give free shipping to some customers and charge shipping for others.

My store needed a complex pricing structure. I needed several different levels of pricing for specific customers, and I also needed the ability to assign each customer a certain level without them seeing prices. This app, combined with the Bold Memberships app, did everything I needed it to do. I could bulk import my product pricing, making it very quick and easy to apply the different pricing levels to my store, and with memberships, no customer can access the pricing without me first assigning a level to them.

Getting this all set up was extremely tricky and complicated. I want to thank Peter Gregg from Bold support, who not only answered all of my questions promptly, but was able to help me with both apps and get my store set up the way I needed it to be. I couldn't have done it without him. Excellent customer service and overall a great couple of apps!

I use this app to do high-quality quantity breaks on my website. Not only is it fantastic, but Abhi and Guri (customer support and app experts) walked me through everything every step of the way! Really great experience with this app so far. Just make sure you watch the introductory video before diving in. There are some tidbits in there even web savvy people couldn't know without seeing it. Works like a charm and the customization is through the roof.

As with BOLD's other apps, Custom Pricing is a great app with an incredible support team behind it. My onboarding specialist Abhijit is the hero of the day. He's super patient in walking me through all the features and provided suggestions where needed. We're going to use the app to differentiate between customers from different industries and can already foresee that we will benefit tremendously.
