Awesome app & amazing support team! This has made our customer interactions so much more efficient and organized, by compiling our emails, facebook messenger, and our chats all into one convenient place. Plus you don't have to dig through Shopify to find order details, as they are all connected right inside your RichPanel inbox. Highly recommend!

The decision was easy to choose Richpanel! After seeing the software and all the features it was capable of we were extremely excited. Staring at screens all day and the back and forth between other programs is exhausting and time consuming so it was important we found a software that was pleasing to the eye and had the function to be our sole source for work flow. What really sold me though was the team behind the software. Through our entire journey they have always been at our reach to address any concern, offer advice, and make sure we were set up for success. I can't speak enough on the service we received at the beginning that still occurs a month into our partnership with them! Happy customer service reps makes for better service all around and it's all thanks to Richpanel!

We wanted an app for our customers to use when on our website to get in touch with us quick and easy. To instal was pretty easy and to customise it for our/customer needs we had the great support from the Richpanel team already contacting us as soon as we installed, which was great! They explained in details all the features with us, we run tests, and their guidance was priceless. We wanted to remove all the task bots questions that were initially automated when a customer wanted to connect with us and the team were very helpful and responsive and helped remove all of that. Also loved that the display chat appearance we could use our own brand colours and our own photos. We are finding Richpanel has brought structure and sanity to our rapidly growing support team. We've been able to quickly graduate from canned responses and an anaemic Help Center to a truly robust means of supporting customers without losing our minds in the meantime.

Absolute worst app I've ever used. Does NOT work. Was stuck in the setup phase and it would never load past + I was charged $129 for this useless app and cannot log in to get any sort of customer service.
