Richpanel: AI Customer Support

We needed solutions for our support team and switched to Rich Panel, and I'm so glad we did. The app is very user-friendly, and the features are outstanding. The self-service portal works great - customers can resolve many issues through the portal, reducing the number of queries. The Rich Panel team is excellent to work with; they made the entire process easy and walked us through each step.

Really awesome service. Our email volume has really grown in the past year or so and I have no idea how we'd keep up without Richpanel. Every time I've had an issue they've been really responsive and today they were even willing to jump on a zoom call with me to walk me through the process of setting up rules for an auto-responder. My whole issue (from me first contacting them to me now leaving this review) only took like 20 minutes to resolve. You honestly can't ask for much better service than that!

Not only is Richpanel a breath of fresh air, the support is absolutely incredible! The shopify integration is second to none, and the self service is already handling more than half of all the customer support we used to have to interact with manually!
