Richpanel: Customer Service AI

Richpanel has been a life-saver for our small team! The self-service features made us choose the app. The portal is intuitive and incredibly easy to use for our customers and easily modified and updated by our team. The installation is very quick as well. Getting our team migrated over was seamless, training was easy and our agents were up and running in less than an hour. Also, the deflection rates are amazing as compared to other tools. Most importantly, the team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They really understand our needs and what we are looking to improve and they are incredibly open to hearing our feedback!

Richpanel has been instrumental in simplifying our customer service experience for our employees and our customers. The self service tool has reduced our unnecessary phone calls by about 65% since the start of our integration, and has empowered our customers to find and edit their orders and information without having to call us or email us. We previously used both Gorgias (18 months) and Zendesk (3 months) and RP blows them out of the water. Not only is the interface much cleaner, but the functionality and reporting are more robust. Our CS has markedly improved since switching to RP because of the better system but also because of the self-service option. You can end your search for the right CS platform here.

ultra fast technical support when I got a issue opening Richpanel. The fact we get 500 conversations for free and this level of service is insane to me. Definitely will keep using Richpanel for life with my current and any future business for sure.

This app has been really useful for our customer support team. We are now able to keep track of customer issues easily and the help desk feature is great for enabling customers to service themselves. The Richpanel customer support team is quick on answering questions and fixing bug issues.

I'm just updating on my previous review of RichPanel. I just want to say if you're looking for a CRM that integrates with your CMS, stop here! Richpanel officially has a mobile app and they're alway upgrading and implementing new features. Their customer support is super quick and they follow up with you!!! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about RichPanel. You're going to want to get on now and be a legacy member because they are a breathe of fresh air.

Had to make a hard choice between Zendesk and RichPanel. With the free 500 conversations each month this is a no brainer! What?! Must have for any small business looking to invest in customer service.

Update! We needed some help with adding new order topics, as well as help with mail forwarding and rules, and Amir spent quite a long time with me going through it all.
