We were using Zendesk before and we want a simple yet as effective multi-channel customer service platform. We also wanted an easy to understand dashboard and analytics. We were able to get all of that with Richpanel at a very affordable price. It was very easy to setup and the power replies were greate. Their support is very hands-on. Amit, Dorai,Ayush and Manoj were awesome!
Their customer support tackles any problem quickly with resolve. Richpanel hosting zoomphone, chat and email support is fantastic!
I just got this app, and the trial alone was amazing, so I upgraded. Had some issues getting my IG connected, by not fault of theirs but they were so helpful and spent an hour on a screen share assisting me and getting me connected. Definitely recommend them and will continue using them for all of our needs.

Update: Jag har nu fått fantastisk service och hjälp när det gäller att lösa Instagramkopplingen. De spenderade all tid och attention som behövdes. Mycket nöjd! Jag använder den här appen för att samla all min kommunikation med kunder, i alla kanaler, på ett ställe. Den var lite snårig att förstå i början, men den funkar bra. Tyvärr har den inte koppling med Instagram (meddelanden och kommentarer), så den fyller inte helt syftet att ha allt på ett ställe. En annan sak jag saknar är att det inte finns någon mobilapp. Jag kan svara på meddelanden via mailen, men inte se någon historik eller så. Det gör att jag är bunden vid att arbeta med min dator, när jag gärna hade sett att jag kan jobba helt mobilt. Men på det stora hela funkar den som förväntat. Servicen från Richpanel är väldigt bra och snabb!
We were looking to transition our customer support team to a system that would be able to reduce our volume by introducing automation and offer our customers self-service potential. We started looking and testing out various different software companies and ended up stumbling upon Richpanel and honestly, this was the best discovery we made so far. Like honestly, no one came close to what this system could do alone for us! Our volume ended up decreasing by 55% so far, just because we utilized the tool's strengths (and that's just the begging week for us). You can custom tailor any questions with answers you want to appear for any order and make conditions when those questions appear. The possibilities here are absolutely limitless! Showcase different questions and provide different replies if the order contains a specific SKU, if the order contains a specific tag, if the order is fulfilled/unfulfilled, if the shipping method contains specific words or is equal to specific words, if the order is delivered, if it's not delivered but it is within/outside the service level, and so much more...like really there are sooooo many possibilities here! You can also style the answers however you want and you can even put adjustable data that will automatically change for different orders.
We are still working on finetuning everything and the goal is to automate our processes even further with Richpanel. Their support team is amazing and help us out as soon as any questions arise. They are also very receptive to feedback and already helped implement some changes that were recommended by us. I just can't praise the company and the software enough at this time! <3
Just started using the app and I really like it so far. The developer is very responsive to quickly set up the helpdesk for me.
I really like the way I can perform order management inside the app and the custom templates for responses. The best thing is I can respond to all my customer support emails and chat messages from one place.
I would give this app 10 stars if I could! Very easy to understand and easy to use. It takes the headache out of the customer service emails. the feature I like the most is the order number gets pulled on the right-hand side of the customer's emails once you open them. They also have preloaded email templates. So basically you can reply to customers with just a few clicks. No need to write entire email reply. A top of the line app!
Switched from another app and our team immediately picked up where they left off. The Richapanel team is very responsive and works with us to improve on a weekly basis.
