The app performs well, we are using it to capture names to be written on custom hoodies. Customer service has been really helpful when I had issues that turned out to be limitations of my theme.

Not only are the setup instructions for conditional logic completely different from the UI in the app, I didnt get a free trial. It charged me right away. Wasted $5 on this garbage app.

Regarding the setup instructions, we recently updated our interface, and it looks like the guide you saw didn’t match the latest UI. We’re fixing that to make things clearer for all users. I’d love to help you get everything working as you intended — please check your inbox when you can.

Such an easy app with so many variations possible. Customer service on a complicated issue straightforward and solved issue straight away. Price great bearing in mind I was paying the same for a very basic personalisation box!
