Absolutely the best app for product customization, and even better support!
Customily has been a game-changer for our business. It’s more than just an app, it’s a complete solution, thanks to the incredible support and training from Jose and Jhrofey. Their guidance allowed us to achieve every custom design we envisioned. Anytime we had questions or ran into issues (which, in 90% of the cases, were due to our own setup mistakes), they patiently walked us through the solutions, often by setting up Zoom calls to resolve things live.

It is a complicated product, but the customer support, documentation, and what the product is capable of make the learning curve doable and totally worth it. I had a great experience getting my customizable bracelet product set up with the help of Jhofre Marquez. He walked me through every step of the process — to creating a design that allows my customers to choose from meaningful pre-set quotes or add their own personal message.
I really appreciated how he helped configure separate options for silver and gold bracelets, each with their own unique quotes, and how smoothly the personalization features now display on my product page. The attention to detail — like importing the correct ShineOn template for perfect sizing and setting up conditions for variant-specific customization — made a big difference.
He also identified and is actively working on improvements for multi-line text input and font adjustments to enhance the customer preview experience. I feel confident moving forward and so excited to offer this personalized product to my audience. Highly recommend their support and services!
