This app is just what I was looking for! I had some issues installing it and emailed support. They were able to assist me very quickly and update the fields I was looking for. Highly recommend!
I initially had an issue with getting the app to work with only certain products, emailed their support and within 10 minutes had a reply and they fixed it within 5 minutes after that. I am sure it was a simple error on my part, but they sorted it and helped make sure it worked throughout the full process!
Great app and wonderful customer service! I was able to get my questions answered as well as have the developer go in and make the needed changes for me very quickly! I am very excited to have this app attached to my website going forward!

At first i was hesitated to try this app because of some negative reviews. But it seem like this app will suit what i want. So i tried it and i had no idea what i was going to do with the guideline but there is support team that help me through this. I got what i expected with $1.99/month. That’s so cool!
Ps. I’m so impress with the support team. Raj set code for me because i didn’t know how to do it and just few minutes, i can do the rest by myself ❤️

The app is very useful, and the customer service is amazing. the only thing id recommend is to add more customization to the app like how the text bot look and if the text is above or next to the text boxes,
