This is a great app and the customer service is amazing! I needed help with an issue and sent in a request late one evening, hoping to maybe get a response the next day. Instead, JL wrote back within minutes. He then was able to fix the issue that same night and everything now works perfectly. Thanks JL!!

I love that this app gives me store the capability to do some good. It's easy to set up, and the newsletters are give good information about campaigns, charities, etc. They also have great support. I switched from one theme to another but the app got lost. I worked with Nat and was able to bring the campaign back on line quickly. If you're looking for ways to contribute, go with this app!

I like how the app is helping out those in need. It sets it up in a way so the user just has to click a few buttons and the donations start coming in with every purchase. Lot's of customizability and the staff is very helpful if you have any questions. Great app!

We have had the Shop For Good app connected for a few months but really started using it in the last month when we decided to get more serious about our give-back initiatives. The charity campaigns are very simple to set up and are great ways to get customers to donate! The customer service at Shop For Good is amazing, they are very quick to respond and give solutions or workarounds even if there isn't an exact solution. They have a great list of charities to choose from and are happy to add new charities if you request them. We are very happy with this app!

So far I’ve had a great experience with this app! I wanted to donate to a Canadian charity that wasn’t on the list so I requested it, got a personal email within 24 hours to confirm they were looking into the correct organization and added it to my site within a week!
I had a 15 minute free consult which was super helpful- Melaney answered all my questions, had already checked out my site and even offered me some tips unrelated to the app!
I feel confident that I won’t have any issues and if something pops up I’ll have great customer service.

I have just installed this app and I am already hooked! They have many ways to engage with customers as far as giving donations. I love to see a service that supplies you with a lot of options from the beginning. Customer service (specifically Mel :D) is incredible! I had a few concerns and questions and Mel was very patient and engaging in solving or suggesting solutions to my issues. She was very helpful and thoughtful! She even helped with branching my business out further. Amazing! I hardly ever write reviews but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give this app high praise. I 100% recommend this app!!

This app is the best donation app because it lets you decide which products are eligible for a donation. This app also gives you ability to support multiple different organizations. Bottom line: I'm thoroughly impressed by the wonderful team of people who help me and by this amazing app.

I'm new to implementing fundraising/charity functionality on sites and didn't really know where to start. Melaney and I hopped on a call and screen share and she walked me through everything. Not only did we go step-by-step through the app, but she helped me out with general concerns and gave me great advise on starting the site up.
