I have always used Data Export IO and loved it, but after experiencing serious complications and confusion with thousands of orders I have been using the support team for help. There was information I had no idea how to find, and they have not only been super prompt and incredibly friendly, but have always helped me find the solutions I needed. Not to mention, helping build reports for me in real time to help. Hands down the Best App company I have ever dealt with!! I cannot thank the team enough, there is literally nothing they cannot help with when it comes to finding financial and planning solutions for Shopify users.
I've used Data Export for many years now, and I love it. Nearly everything you could want is available out of the box, but in the cases where I need something super specific, the support team is always ready and willing to help through their chat platform. They are extremely responsive and help make sure we have the data we need to run our store successfully.

Very easy to figure out different report types. When unsure, their online agents help almost immediately! I would highly recommend over any other reporting apps which are MUCH more expensive.
I use Data Export IO to pull my weekly payout reports from Shopify. It works great and also gives me an accurate value for my payout transactions and the fees. Makes managing the values in QBO much easier

They seem to be available 24/7, always seem to respond, humanly, within moments and are always quick and helpful with their responses.
Many times I've been trying to find a way to add a couple of columns to one of my reports, usually columns that are not readily available as part of that reports normal columns, and they had helped me to add them and then waited patiently for me to check that the results are as I wanted.
Always very polite and courteous, even though I might sometimes pester them a few times in a day because I've thought of something else I want to add.
The app itself is also great. I do have one or two suggestions as to how it could be improved but all in all it is excellent - and pretty good value for money too.
