Amazing customer service! Fast custom reports that are easy to use! Friendly programmers. So happy we found this App!

I'm quite old and I worked with tech support for so many things in so many places. From Tier1, very very expensive support, to the cheap one, provided usually in India over the phone, in unintelligible English.

The one offered by probably the coder of this app is one of the best I ever received and for sure the best ever for such money.
I will keep paying for the app even if I'll stop having use for it.

I must say, the app can be a bit confusing if you're trying to do anything complex but where this app truly shines is its Customer Support. I chatted with David for probably an hour explaining my reporting needs, about my business and how we want to use the reports and he was amazing. He quickly responded to all my inquires and was already able to make report examples that I could modify with his assistance. Truly spectacular service and I can't wait to do all my reporting with this app. Thank you all!

Great app and customer service. Have been looking for a report that would allow us to see the sales of each collection separately and they were able to custom create it for us.

I was trying to make a product feed but I had few issues.
They solved all of them fast and efficient.

The app is really straight forward and the support is amazing.
I needed some extra custom fields in the export wich were created by another add on. They helped me to merge this with the native fields export. Big help.
