Data Export IO: Reports

We are a 3PL and we needed to ftp some files on a weekly basis to a third-party vendor for 4 of our Shopify clients. We were unsure how to do this and opened a request with DataExport to help us out. They gladly set this up for us and are always offering to help us with any reports we need assistance with.

Excellent customer service. Chan spent a good hour helping me build out the report with correct filters I needed in order to reconcile out shopify sales with our ERP sales. And when a filter wasn't available in their current build, he very kindly offered to work with his development team to get the filter we needed.

The developers are not only top notch, but also worked in a very timely manner! I would definitely choose Data Export if you are trying to get more than your standard Shopify information out of their reporting system quickly and cleanly!

Oh my goodness, this App comes with the best customer support I have ever seen in my life!! I have the exact report I wanted and it's all thanks to the folks behind that app who helped me for free. I tried about 5 other reporting apps before landing on this one. Each of the others was super hard to figure out and I did not get nearly the same level of support I have here.
