Data Export IO: Reports

I needed the app to only create a .csv file for certain products (not all) as I have different sources for my products and only needed for a select product list. Daniel of support created just want I needed and went the "extra mile" to make sure it was doing exactly what I needed him to "tweak it" due to my special requirements. The reports are great but the Support is even better. I am very happy with this app and highly recommend it.

I was having some issues formatting a report properly, and so after a few days of trial and error I reached out to tech support. I communicated quite a bit with Reuben, and he was incredibly knowledgable and patient with the issues I was having. We communicated back and forth until the issue was resolved. I couldn't say anything better about this app and the people behind it!

Excellent customer service. Chan spent a good hour helping me build out the report with correct filters I needed in order to reconcile out shopify sales with our ERP sales. And when a filter wasn't available in their current build, he very kindly offered to work with his development team to get the filter we needed.
