Data Export IO: Reports

The folks over at DATA EXPORT are the best! They are fast and smart with every request I've made. As for the APP itself, not sure why Shopify just doesn't provide this built-in because in my opinion it's a VITAL function and DATA EXPORT does it perfectly.

I needed a report from shopify that was easy to read and functional. It also needed some customization that I couldn't perform. I tried the chat and low and behold, someone was actually manning it and helped me make the perfect report overnight. He even uploaded it into the app for me. Seamless. I will upgrade soon as I know custom reports will be very valuable to me. -Judith

I needed an app to help me figure out the total sales of 1 product type from my store, for the past 2 years. This was the app that did it for me! While it is a little hard to navigate to get what I wanted, the staff member I chatted with was super helpful and helped get me the report I needed.
So I'd say this is a great app that I can't wait to dig more into to find out more of how my shop is doing. Thank you

We are moving our whole" in Store" and "Webshop" System to Shopify. Data Export Reports is a great Application and provides all the needed Reports and Custom Reports - if help is requested, they have a great support chat with immediately respond. Just Great!

I *never* write reviews to anything I buy, but I had to for this service. I've tried literally 10 different apps until I found this one. The interface looks a bit old but it's the best data export I've found yet. Super versatile and a google sheets integration, and a very low cost. Most importantly - the data is super accurate and reflective. Some other apps I tried gave me conflicting data, but this one is right on the money every time. This gives me a sense of confidence when making my analysis, and it's so user-friendly that I already have around 10 different automation. The customer support is INSTANT, which surprised me. They answer within seconds when using live chat, which is the fastest I've ever seen. Even Amazon has a long funnel and a minute of waiting time before getting to a representative in their live chats. Like I said- I never write reviews. I hope this convinced at least one person to try this app out because I promise you will not regret it.

App is easy to use to create your own custom reports and export data that can't be accessed through Shopify's built-in reporting. The few times I've needed some assistance with creating a specific type of report, their tech support was available via live chat and provided quick help.

The report writer is easy to use. It pulls data from all fields in Shopify which is really nice. The support is exceptional which is important when you have so many report options to choose from.

They did an awesome job of copying my report over from another store. We use them on several of our stores!

Great app with great customer service

The customer service is incredible! They created exactly what I needed super fast. Definitely recommend, the reports are so vast, you can create anything and everything you would ever need.
