Data Export IO: Reports

For accounting needs, I have been using DataExport.io for some time, and it has been excellent for obtaining the data I need. We are undergoing a sales tax audit this year, and oh, did we need them. As a Shopify Plus customer, I must say that Shopify reports and trash. With the support of the DataExport team, I was able to create some unique reports that satisfied my auditor. This report makes it super easy to calculate fundraiser and merchandise commissions for our customers. It allows you to easily select the specific information you need and export to Excel to have information available when and where it's needed. Customer service is spot on. Have only had one issue in the year that we've been using the app, and it was resolved within 5 minutes.

This is one of the best apps we use for reporting. I love that you can connect to your Google Drive and get the reports as per schedule. We were able to automate most of our financial reports and it reduced the time of reconciling the payments for few hours. Also the support team is very responsive and helpful. We asked multiple times for custom reports and columns and they were always able to help. They will follow-up on email and make sure to address the issue if they unable to address right away during the chat.
