The app is very useful and easy to launch. The dashboard configuration is really friendly and it has everything we needed, I'm sure the fetaures it has could be really great to fit any kind of store. We totally recommend using the app! Also, the technical support was just great, Gigi and XuTho were really kind getting in touch with me and helping me during the installation. 100% recommended!

Although I had a bit of trouble getting the app installed and working on my site, the customer service provided by Jinny and the technical skills from Van Hoan were incredible. Jinny especially was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question I had throughout the process and they both worked tirelessly to assist me to get the app up and running. This does not work on new shopify it seems.

In fact, our app can work with all themes. However, there are quite many themes on the market at the moment and with many customized theme, we will need to setup manually. This might be your case and that's why it wasn't working properly yet. OR you might haven't enabled embed app within your theme yet then the app wasn't working properly either.
If you can give us another chance by reinstalling the app, we will for sure prioritize your case and help you with all the setup to revise your experience with us.
