Crystal does an amazing job with customer service and handling orders.

All in all they are a great company and the products are easy to find and place in your store. The app could use a few tweeks, but in all I love how it gives that personal touch and not a bot. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT TOO!

The shipping is a bit slow, but they have no control over the shipping companies. I say this to let ppl know what to expect when the shipping is delayed.

We added Dear-Lover Dropping to our boutique about a month ago. The app is easy to setup & use. The products they offer seem like a great add to offer more economical price point for customers (to compete). Since adding we have had a few orders. The shipping doesn't seem too bad, they do process pretty quick and after ship you can track (7-10 days total). So far no issues with products that customers have purchased.

I love it! Shipping is around 14 days… sometimes sooner. The quality of clothing is good.

We have had consistently positive experiences with the app. While there may be some functionality improvements that could enhance the daily order management experience, the outstanding and service-oriented customer support team more than makes up for any minor deficiencies.
