i love this app, i ,love the items i receive, my only complaint is that shipping costs seems to be quite high, maybe they should look into other companies to do their shipping through. but that will not prevent me from using them.
I have had a wonderful experience so far and anytime I need assistance, I’m always pleasantly surprised by how fast they are to respond.
Absolutely NO Customer Service. They will not answer message about problems with the app. Maybe a review will help resolve my problems.
The app has great clothes and i would like to keep it. However, functionality in the store looks horrible. It has product description listings that even if you change it, it does not save for your store. BIGGEST eye sore is the Size Charts that are included in the product descriptions. They look horrible from mobile to desktop. You can resize them but it is either way to big on desktop or makes your mobile version go all over your page. I have installed a size chart builder, but since all the chart for each product are completely different, it is too difficult to go through each product and make a completely different chart. I have messaged about this twice. I finally received an answer from Sophia saying, Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly upgrading the app to improve the customer experience! No Help at All. I would really like to use the app in my store but can't seem to resolve the size chart or product description issues. Descriptions are after the size chart and have to be manually edited one by one, very time consuming cause you can't edit the template before you push it to your store.
I installed this app because I read all the great reviews and they do have really cute products. My experience has been very stressful. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to help me with address for the USA Warehouse for my TikTok shop. I can't do anything until I have that, and no one is answering me. I might have to move on to a different app!
I raised my review by one star because in the end they all did everything they could to help me. they answered all my emails etc. but now I'm having troubles with the app syncing inventory. it so frustrating! I don't have the time to sync everyone by hand. I truly wish they would fix this issue because they do have great items but if items are not sync it's all for nothing. this will definitely cost them business owners, Also, because they are not based in USA the time difference can be an issue sometimes. I do have to say they really did eventually help me with my TikTok issue
I am still learning how to navigate this dropshipping and Dear Lover sent me some useful information with an issue I was having. I have done a test order and the item I received was good quality. The orders that I have done with them seem to get shipped quickly. Still takes time to get to the US but, is starting to work out using them as a dropshipper. They are very responsive on WhatsApp so that is helpful. I will keep using them just for their response time and being helpful.
This is one of my favorite dropship apps. I rarely get any request for returns because typically the photo does match the item. Additionally they ship the fastest. I communicate with my account manager/point of contact via wassap and she is always available. It feels like a great partnership. This company has helped my business grow. Also the SEO is ready when you link the products which helps a lot.
Quality has been really good. My rep is Crystal and highly recommend choosing her. She is very helpful! App is easy to use.
All in all they are a great company and the products are easy to find and place in your store. The app could use a few tweeks, but in all I love how it gives that personal touch and not a bot. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT TOO!
The shipping is a bit slow, but they have no control over the shipping companies. I say this to let ppl know what to expect when the shipping is delayed.
