The app is currently not working properly and keeps showing the error “Failed to fetch shop data.” This is causing major inconvenience in daily operations.
Even after trying to reinstall the app, the issue persists. Additionally, we are forced to manually enter customer details again, which is time consuming and inefficient.
Kindly fix this issue at the earliest and ensure proper synchronization of shop data. A stable and reliable app experience is essential for smooth business operations.
I was constantly getting emails from delhivery that you might be facing syn issue and do the following steps to solve it. When i followed the steps and uninstalled the delhivery app from shopify, it is not getting re-installed again as saying 'unable to fetch store data' and there is no prompt response from delhivery team.
Tech needs to be upgraded, Also Delhivery seller support is not supportive at all, No co-ordination. It is impossible to get in touch with them. FAKE NDR's are high.
